The Unions’ requests for special permission to appeal the rulings of
Administrative Law Judge Jeffrey D. Wedekind denying in part their petitions to revoke
the Respondents’ subpoenas duces tecum are denied. The Unions have failed to
establish that the judge abused his discretion.
