ORDER
The Motion of the AFL-CIO to File an Amicus Brief or, In the Alternative,
Suggestion that the Board Solicit Amicus Briefs From the Public is granted in part. The
motion to file an amicus brief is granted, and the amicus brief filed by the AFL-CIO on
January 17, 2019 is accepted. The AFL-CIO’s alternative suggestion that the Board
solicit amicus briefs from the public is denied.1
Responses to the amicus brief are due on or before February 19, 2019. Replies
to the responses will not be accepted. No extensions of time will be granted for the
filing of any response to the amicus brief.
