DECISION AND ORDER
The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections to an election held
March 24, 2010, and the Regional Director's report recommending disposition of them.
The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of
ballots shows 3 ballots cast for and 9 ballots cast against the Petitioner, with 0 void ballots
and 0 challenged ballots.
On August 18, 2010, counsel for the Petitioner e-filed exceptions to the Regional
Director’s report.
On August 24, 2010, counsel for the Petitioner faxed a letter withdrawing its
exceptions to the Regional Director’s report.
IT IS ORDERED that the Petitioner’s request to withdraw its exceptions is granted.
As no exceptions to the Regional Director's report remain, the Board adopts the
Regional Director's findings and recommendations.

ORDER
IT IS ORDERED that this proceeding is remanded to the Regional Director for
Region 32 for further appropriate action consistent with his report.
