DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE
The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections to an election held
May 1, 2012, and the Regional Director's report recommending disposition of them. The
election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows
125 ballots cast for and 64 ballots cast against the Petitioner, with 9 challenged ballots, an
insufficient number to affect the results.
No exceptions have been filed to the Regional Director's report within the time provided.
Accordingly, the Board adopts the Regional Director's findings and recommendations, and finds
that a certification of representative should be issued.

CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE
IT IS CERTIFIED that a majority of the valid ballots have been cast for District Lodge 15,
International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, AFL-CIO and that it is the
exclusive collective-bargaining representative of the employees in the following appropriate unit:
All full-time and regular part-time drivers working for the Employer at its facility
located at 36-36 33rd Street, Long Island City, New York, but excluding all office
clerical, professional and managerial employees and guards and supervisors as
defined by the Act.
