Pursuant thereto, a hearing was held before Administrative Law Judge Mark Carissimi. Thereafter, on December 6, 2016, Administrative Law Judge Mark Carissimi issued his Supplemental Decision and, on the same date, the proceeding was transferred to and continued 1 357 NLRB 1632 (2011) and 357 NLRB 1456 (2011). 2 before the Board in Washington, D.C. The Administrative Law Judge determined the amounts of backpay due the discriminatees and recommended that the Respondent pay such amounts. No statement of exceptions having been filed with the Board, and the time allowed for such filing having expired, Pursuant to Section 10(c) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended and Section 102.48 of the National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations, the Board adopts the findings and conclusions of the Administrative Law Judge as contained in his Supplemental Decision, and orders that the Respondent, Ozburn-Hessey Logistics, LLC, its officers, agents, successors, and assigns, shall pay the amounts set forth in the recommended Order of the Administrative Law Judge.
