F. of L." IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Direction of Election issued on August 7, 1941, be amended by striking therefrom the words "Wil- lamette Valley District Council, affiliated with the American Feder- ation of Labor," and substituting therefor the words "Lumber and Sawmill Workers, Local 2517, affiliated with the A. [SAME TITLE] CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES October 4, 1941 On August 7,1941, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above- entitled proceeding.1 On August 27, 1941, the Board issued an Amendment to Direction of Election.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election, as amended, an election by secret ballot was conducted on September 4, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Nineteenth Region (Seattle, Washington). On Sep- tember 9, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations- Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an 133 N. L. R. B 1234. 12 OREGON PLYWOOD COMPANY 13 Election Report on the ballot. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that Lumber and Sawmill Workers, Local 2517, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, has been designated and selected by a majority of all production and mainte- nance employees at the Sweet Home mill of Oregon Plywood Company, Sweet Home, Oregon, excluding supervisory and office employees, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, Lumber and Sawmill Workers, Local 2517, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of em- ployment, and other conditions of employment. 35 N.
