September 4, 1942
On July 22, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board issued a
Decision and Direction of•Elections in this proceeding,' directing that
separate elections be held among employees of Oklahoma Gas & Elec-
tric Company, Oklahoma City, ' Oklahoma, (1) among employees
in its Utility Crew in Oklahoma City and (2) among employees in
its Northern Division. Pursuant to the Direction of Elections, sep-
arate elections by secret ballot were conducted on August 10, 1942,
under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the
Sixteenth Region (Fort Worth, Texas). On August 13, 1942, the
Regionnal Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of Na-
tional Labor Relations Board Rules ,and Regulations-Series 2, as,
amended, with respect to each of the elections, issued and duly served
upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct.
of either election or to either Election Report have been filed by any
of the parties.
As to the balloting and its results, the Regional Director reported,
as follows':

The results of the election among employees in the Utility Crew
in Oklahoma City show that a majority of employees in the unit
heretofore found to be appropriate for such employees have desig-
nated a collective bargaining representative. We shall certify that.
representative as exclusive bargaining representative of all such
employees' for the purposes of collective bargaining. The results of
the election among employees in the Northern Division show that no
collective bargaining representative has been selected by a majority
of employees in the unit heretofore found to be appropriate for, such
employees. We shall, therefore, dismiss the petition for investiga-
tion and certification of representatives of employees in the Northern
Division filed herein.
CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES
By virtue of and pursuant to the power vested in the National
Labor Relations Board by' Section, 9 (c) of the National Labor
Relations Act, 49 Stat. 449, and pursuant to Article III,, Sections
8 and 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations- .
Series 2, as amended,
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that International Brotherhood of Electrical
Workers of Oklahoma City, Local B-1141, has been designated and
selected by a majority of all employees in the Utility Crew of Okla-
homa Gas & Electric Company, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, consist-
ing of floating-crews in Oklahoma City, operating throughout its
properties, excluding supervisory; office, and clerical employees and
employees'listed on Appendix B to the Decision and Direction of
Elections, as their representative for the purposes of collective bar-
gaining and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the- Act, International
Brotherhood of Electrical Workers of Oklahoma City, Local B-1141,
is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes
of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of
employment, and other conditions of employment. _

ORDER
By virtue of Section 9 (c) of the National Labor Relations Act,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the petition for investigation and certifi-
cation of representatives of employees in the Northern Division of`
Oklahoma Gas &'Electric Company, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, filed
by International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers of Oklahoma
City, Local B-1141, be, and it hereby is, dismissed.
