ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION
The Union’s motion for reconsideration of the Board’s Decision and Order reported at
364 NLRB No. 44 (2016) is denied. The Union has not identified any material error or
demonstrated extraordinary circumstances warranting reconsideration under Section
102.48(d)(1) of the Board’s Rules and Regulations.1

1 We have considered the additional remedies proposed by the Union in its exceptions and
motion for reconsideration. There has been no showing that the Board's traditional remedies will
not sufficiently ameliorate the effects of the violations committed by the Respondent.
Accordingly, we decline to modify the Order and notice or to impose the additional remedies
requested by the Union.
Member Miscimarra adheres to the views expressed in his partial dissent. He agrees that
the Union has not made a showing that the Board's traditional remedies are insufficient to
ameliorate the effects of the violations that he joined in finding.
