SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION
AND
ORDER
July 9, -1942
On September 11, 1941, and June 6, 1942 , respectively, the National
Labor Relations Board issued a Decision and Direction of Election 1
and a Supplemental Decision and Order Setting Aside Election 2
in the above -entitled proceeding On June 30 , 1942, Gi ocery & Food
Products Employees ' Union of the Inteinational Biotheihood of
Teamsters , Chauffeurs , Waiehousemen and Helpeis of America , Local
No. 738 (A F of L) filed a motion foi a ieliearing and a recon-
sideration of the Supplemental Decision and a iequest to argue the
motion before the Board The Board has considered the motion and
the brief filed in support theieof The motion for a rehearing and
a ieconsideration , insofar as it is inconsistent with the Order herein-
after set forth, and the request for oral argument are hereby denied
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Supplemental Decision be, and the
same hereby is, amended by striking from footnote three the words
"Tinaglia stated that he did not i emember," and substituting therefor
the woi ds "Tinaglia stated that he did not notice, " and by striking
the words "The previously mentioned renegade members of the Pro-
gressive," wherevei they appear , and substituting therefor the words
"the former members of the Progressive, previously mentioned "
AND IT is FURTHER ORDERED that the Supplemental Decision, as
punted, shall appear as hereby amended.
