The Respondent’s request for special permission to appeal from Administrative
Law Judge David Goldman’s order applying his sequestration ruling to the
Respondent’s counsel James Hendricks, because Hendricks would be called as a
witness at the hearing, is denied. The Respondent has failed to establish that the judge
abused his discretion in ruling as he did.
