Employer and Case 05-RC-1 6383 UNITED SECURITY AND POLICE OFFICERS OF AMERICA (USPOA) Petitioner DECISION AND ORDER The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections to a mail-ballot election that commenced on June 29, 2010, and the Regional Director's report recommending disposition of them. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows 153 ballots cast for the Petitioner, 55 ballots ballots cast for the Intervenor,' and 4 ballots cast against the participating labor organizations. There were 15 void ballots and 21 challenged ballots, an insufficient number to affect the results. No exceptions have been filed to the Regional Director's report within the time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Regional Director's findings and recommendations. 1 International Union, Security, Police and Fire Professionals of America (SPEPA) ORDER IT IS ORDERED that this proceeding is remanded to the Regional Director for Region 5 for further appropriate action consistent with his report.
