1 In denying NABET’s request for review, we find it unnecessary to decide whether the
Regional Director properly found that the accretion standard as set forth in The Sun, 329
NLRB 854 (1999), is applicable here. We would find that multi-media journalists should
be accreted to AFTRA’s existing unit of reporters and anchors even under the Board’s
traditional accretion analysis as set forth in, e.g., Safeway Stores, Inc., 256 NLRB 918,
