As to the balloting and its results, the Acting Regional Director reported as follows. A question affecting corr_meice has arisen concerning the repre- sentation of employees of McKesson & Robbins, Inc, at its Seattle,. - Washington, operation, within the meaning of Section 9 (c) and Sec- tion 2 (6) and" (7) of the National Labor Relations Act. 2. All shipping clerks, receiving clerks, warehousemen and women, order, pickers, packers, and order checkers of the Company at its Seattle, Washington, operation, constitute a unit appropriate for the purposes of collective bargaining, within the meaning of Section 9 (b), of the Act. 3. Warehousemen, Drivers and Helpers, Local Union No. 117, Char- tered by International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Ware- housemen and Helpers of America, affiliated with the A F. of L, has been designated and selected by a majority of employees in the above unit as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining and is the exclusive representative of all employees in said unit, within the meaning of Section 9 (a) of the Act. CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES By virtue of and pursuant to the power vested in the National Labor Relations Board by Section 9 (c) of the National Labor Rela- tions Act, IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that Warehousemen, Drivers and Helpers, Local Uiiion No. 117, Chartered by International Brotherhood of McKESSON & BOBBINS, INC. 355 Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America, affili- ated with the A F. of L , has been designated and selected by a ma- jority of all shipping clerks,: receiving clerks, warehousemen and women, order pickers, packers, and order checkers of McKesson & Robbins, Inc, at its Seattle, Washington, operation, as their repre- sentative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, Warehousemen, Drivers and Helpers, Local Union No. 117, Chartered by International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America, affiliated with the A F. of L. is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
