No party filed a response to the Notice to Show Cause. Having duly considered the matter, IT IS ORDERED THAT the Board’s Order Approving Stipulation, Granting Motion, and Transferring Proceeding to the Board is revoked, and this proceeding is remanded to the Regional Director for Region 1, Subregion 34 for further appropriate action. 1 Member Emanuel is recused and took no part in the consideration of this case.
