ORDER REMANDING1
On October 15, 2018, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision,
Order, and Notice to Show Cause dismissing the complaint allegation that the
Respondent’s Dispute Resolution Policy is unlawful, and giving the parties notice to
show cause why the remaining complaint allegations that the Respondent unlawfully
maintained disputed work rules should not be remanded to the Regional Director for
Region 1, Subregion 34 for further consideration under The Boeing Co., 365 NLRB No.
154 (2017). No party filed a response to the Notice to Show Cause.
Having duly considered the matter,
IT IS ORDERED THAT the Board’s Order Approving Stipulation, Granting
Motion, and Transferring Proceeding to the Board is revoked, and this proceeding is
remanded to the Regional Director for Region 1, Subregion 34 for further appropriate
action.
