ORDER ,SEVERING CASES AND PERMITTING WITH-
DRAWWrAL' OF PETITION
September 3, 1942
The 'Board having on December 16, 1939, issued a Decision, Order
and Direction of Election' in the above-entitled cases and, thereafter,
on August 25, 1942, Oil Workers Internmitional Union having requested
permission tc withdraw its petition in Case'No. R-735, and the Board
having duly considered the matter, and being advised in the premises,
aiid deeming it necessary in order to effectuate the purposes of the Act,
IT IS I-IERELY ORDERED, in accordance with Article II, Section 36 (d),
and Article III, Section 10 (c)' (4) of National Labor Relations Board
Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, that Cases Nos. C-940
and R-735 be, and they hereby are, severed; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the request of the petitioner to withdraw
its petition in Case No. R-735 be, and it hereby is, granted. -
