DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE
The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections to an election held
February 8, 2012, and the Acting Regional Director's supplemental decision recommending
disposition of them. The election was conducted pursuant to a Decision and Direction of
Election. The tally of ballots shows 159 ballots cast for and 138 ballots cast against the
Petitioner, with 1 void ballot and 37 challenged ballots, a sufficient number to affect the results.
No exceptions have been filed to the Acting Regional Director's report within the time
provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Acting Regional Director's findings and
recommendations, and finds that a certification of representative should be issued.

CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE
IT IS CERTIFIED that a majority of the valid ballots have been cast for International
Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 25 and that it is the exclusive collective-bargaining
representative of the employees in the following appropriate unit:
All full time and regular part-time attendants, cashiers, valets, floor attendants,
lead attendants, dispatchers, shuttle drivers, and maintenance workers employed
by the Employers at various locations in Boston, Massachusetts area, as listed in
Attachment A, but excluding supervisors, project managers, auditors, all other
employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act
