The Petitioner’s request for special permission to appeal the Regional Director’s
refusal to provide it with the electronic mailing list provided by the Employer to the
Region for mailing label purposes, including its request to supplement its brief, is
granted. The appeal is denied on the merits, however, because the Petitioner has not
shown that the Regional Director abused his discretion.
