The General Counsel's Request for Special Permission to Appeal from
Administrative Law Judge Keltner Locke’s Order regarding the date the hearing will
resume is denied. The General Counsel has failed to establish that the judge abused
his discretion in ordering the hearing to resume on July 13-14, 2010, and, if necessary,
on August 2, 2010.
