Employer and CHRISTIAN LABOR ASSOCIATION, UNITED CONSTRUCTION, LOCAL 84 Petitioner Case 18-RC-107613 DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE The National Labor Relations Board has considered an objection to an election held July 15, 2013, and the hearing officer's report recommending disposition of it. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows 7 ballots cast for the Petitioner, 9 ballots cast for the Intervenor,1 and 0 ballots cast against the participating labor organizations. There were 0 void ballots and 0 challenged ballots, an insufficient number to affect the results. No exceptions have been filed to the hearing officer's report within the time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the hearing officer's findings and recommendations, and finds that a certification of representative should be issued. 1 International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 292 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE IT IS CERTIFIED that a majority of the valid ballots have been cast for International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 292 and that it is the exclusive collective-bargaining representative of the employees in the following appropriate unit: All employees performing electrical work assigned out of the Employer's Albany, Minnesota office; excluding all guards and supervisors, as defined by the Act, as amended.
