Employer and CHRISTIAN LABOR ASSOCIATION, UNITED CONSTRUCTION, LOCAL 84 Petitioner Case 18-RC-107613 DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE The National Labor Relations Board has considered an objection to an election held July 15, 2013, and the hearing officer's report recommending disposition of it. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows 7 ballots cast for the Petitioner, 9 ballots cast for the Intervenor,1 and 0 ballots cast against the participating labor organizations. There were 0 void ballots and 0 challenged ballots, an insufficient number to affect the results. No exceptions have been filed to the hearing officer's report within the time provided.
