Junior Party Hetero Research Foundation has failed to show cause
why judgment should not be entered against it, after failing to identify counsel or

filing any mandatory notices. (See Order to Show Cause, Paper 10.) Accordingly,
judgment is entered against Junior Party.
It is ORDERED that claims 1-7 and 13 of Junior Party’s application
14/125,386 are FINALLY REFUSED. 35 U.S.C. § 135(a).
It is FURTHER ORDERED that attention is directed to 35 U.S.C. § 135(c)
and 37 C.F.R. § 41.205 regarding the filing of settlement agreements.
It is FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this judgment shall be placed in
the files of (1) Hetero Research Foundation application 14/125,386, and (2) Mylan
Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. patent 8,993,786.
