ORDER RESCINDING
On February 8, 2013, the National Labor Relations Board erroneously issued a Decision
and Certification of Results of Election in this proceeding. In fact, a Decision and Certification of
Representative should have been issued.
Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Board’s Decision and Certification of Results of
Election issued on February 8, 2013 is rescinded. A Decision and Certification of
Representative will be issued separately.
