STARK COMPANY and UPHOLSTERERS' INTER- NATIONAL UNION OF NORTH AMERICA, LOCAL No. 255 Case No. B-2542 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES September 26, 1941 On August 5, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceeding.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an- election by secret ballot was conducted on September 4, 1941, under the direction and 'super- vision of the Regional Director for the Tenth Region (Atlanta, Georgia). On September 10, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. Stark Company, Memphis, Tennessee, including employees working under the supervision of Gilbert Fisher or any successor to the posi- tion now occupied by Gilbert Fisher, but excluding clerical and non- productive supervisory employees and Gilbert Fisher or any successor to him, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargain- ing, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, Upholsterers' International Union of North America, Local No. 255, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
