Case No. R-630 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES September 17, 1941 On August 9, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board issued its Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled pro- ceeding.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on August 26, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Fifteenth Region (New Orleans, Louisiana). On August 21, 1941, the Regional Di- rector, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have, been filed by any of the' parties. WHITE ENGINEERING CORPORATION 471 8 and 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations- Series 2, as amended, IT is HEREBY cERTW ED that International Federation of Technical Engineers, Architects and Draftsmen's Unions, Local 91, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, has been designated and selected by a majority of all employees of J. G.-White Engineering Corporation of New York and Louisiana Shipyards, Inc., at New Orleans, Louisiana, working under the supervision of the J. G. White Engineering Corporation of New York, including the chief engineer, inspector engineers, the sewerage engineer, the chief inspector, in- spectors, inspector helpers, instrument men, levelmen, rodmen, chain- men, the field progress engineer, an engineer, the chief designing engineer, designers, electrical engineers, draftsmen, a tracer, and a progress engineer, but excluding the office and clerical force, time- keepers, material checkers, the resident manager, the resident engi- neer, and the navy consultant, as their representative for the pur- poses of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of National Labor Relations Act, International Federation of Tech- nical Engineers, Architects, and Draftsmen's-Unions, Local 91, affili- ated with the American Federation of Labor, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
