BINGHAM CO.- and AMERICAN FEDERATION OF LABOR Case No. R-3612 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES April °23, 1.94. On March 28 , 1942, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above -entitled proceeding." Pursuant to the Direction of Election , an election by secret ballot was conducted on April 7, 1942, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the First Region ( Boston, Massachusetts) among all production and maintenance employees of J. F. Bingham Co., Lawrence , Massachusetts , excluding executive , supervisory, and clerical and office employees , to determine whether or not they desired to be represented by the American Federation of Labor. On April 8, 1942, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Sec--- 'tion 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations- Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. Bingham Co., Lawrence, Massa- chusetts, excluding executive, supervisory, and clerical and office employees, as their representative for the purposes of collective bar- gaining, and that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 (a) of 'the National Labor Relations Act, American Federation of Labor is the-exclusive representative of all such employees for .the'purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
