Counsel for the General Counsel’s Motion to Sever and Abey and Partially
Postpone Briefing is granted. Accordingly, the Section 8(b)(4)(D) allegations are
severed in this proceeding and are held in abeyance. In addition, further briefing
on the Section 8(b)(4)(D) allegations is postponed for 14 days after the Ninth
Circuit issues its decision in Case 19-CD-080738.1
