F. L. Case No. R-3504 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES April 13,191 On March 10, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board issued- its Decision and Direction of Election in this proceeding.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on March 31, 1942, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for Twenty-first Region (Los Angeles, California). On April 1, 1942, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations- Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties his Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report have been filed by either of the parties. L., has been designated and selected by a majority of all employees of Hueneme Wharf & Warehouse Company, Port Hueneme, California, engaged in warehousing operations and the cleaning, sacking, and shipping of beans, excluding supervisory, clerical, and office employees and plant watchmen, as their representative for the purposes of col- lective bargaining and that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen & Helpers of America, Local, 186, A. F.
