BACKGROUND On April 13, 2015, pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 317(a), the parties filed a Joint Motion to terminate these proceedings. IPR 2014-00902, Paper 15; IPR2014-00903, Paper 15; IPR2014-00934, Paper 15; IPR2014-01249, Paper 14; IPR2014-01460, Paper 10. Accompanying the Motion, the parties filed a true copy of a settlement agreement. Ex. 2001 (Ex. 2002 in IPR2014- 01460). The Joint Motion includes a Joint Request to treat the settlement agreement as business confidential, to be kept separate from the patent file under 35 U.S.C. § 317(b) and 37 C.F.R. § 42.74. We authorized the filing of these papers during a conference call conducted April 10, 2015. II. DISCUSSION We entered a Decision to Institute an inter partes review on December 8, 2014 in IPR2014-00902, -00903, and -00934, on February 9, 2015 in IPR2014-01249, and on March 6, 2015 in IPR2014-01460. IPR2014-00902, Paper 7; IPR2014-00903, Paper 7; IPR2014-00934, Paper 7; IPR2014-01249, Paper 8; IPR2014-01460, Paper 8. There has been no substantive activity on these proceedings. No Patent Owner Response has been filed and no other motions are pending. III. CONCLUSION Based on the facts of these cases, it is appropriate to terminate these proceedings. Thus, the joint motions to terminate these proceeding are each granted in each proceeding. ORDER Accordingly, it is: ORDERED that the parties’ joint request that the settlement agreement be treated as business confidential information pursuant to the provisions of 37 U.S.C. § 317(b) and 37 C.F.R. § 42.74(c), to be kept separate from the patent file, is granted in each of these proceedings; FURTHER ORDERED that the joint motion to terminate the proceeding is granted in each of these proceedings; and FURTHER ORDERED that each of these proceedings is terminated.
