The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The Tally of Ballots shows 30 votes cast for Petitioner, 94 votes cast for Intervenor IAM, 22 votes cast for Intervenor Comite, and 63 against labor organizations. There was one challenged ballot, an insufficient number to affect the results. 2 In his Report, the Acting Regional Director determined that Petitioner’s Objections # 1-2, 5-8, 12, 14 and 15 be set for hearing. The Board has reviewed the record in light of the Employer’s exceptions and brief, and has adopted the Acting Regional Director’s findings and recommendations.1 ORDER IT IS ORDERED that this case is remanded to the Regional Director for a hearing on the outstanding objections and the issuance of a Supplemental Report.
