Employer and Case 20-RC-067144 HOME DEPOT ASSOCIATES UNION #1 Petitioner ORDER Petitioner’s Request for Review of the Regional Director’s Decision and Direction of Election is denied as it raises no substantial issues warranting review. We agree with the Regional Director’s finding that the petitioned-for unit is not appropriate, and we note that Petitioner’s Request for Review does not seek any alternative unit.
