ORDER
The Acting General Counsel’s Motion to Strike the Respondent’s
Amended Exceptions is granted. Section 102.46(a) of the Board’s Rules and
Regulations requires that exceptions and supporting briefs be filed within 28 days
from the date of service of the order transferring the case to the Board. Here, the
Respondent filed its Amended Exceptions and supporting brief nearly one year
after the exceptions due date. Accordingly, the Respondent’s Amended
Exceptions are untimely.
