THE REGIONAL DIRECTOR
On December 23, 2010, the Board granted the Petitioner’s Request for
Review of the Regional Director’s Decision and Direction of Election. On
December 27, 2010, the Petitioner filed with the Board a Motion for Permission to
Withdraw its Request for Review. The Employer has not filed a response to this
Motion and, therefore, it is unopposed.
Having duly considered the matter, the Board grants the Petitioner’s
motion, and remands this proceeding to the Regional Director for further
appropriate action.
