ORDER PERMITTING WITHDRAWAL OF PETITION AND
VACATING DIRECTION OF ELECTION
March 1, 194
The Board, on January 28, 1942, having issued a Decision, Direc-
tion of Election and Order 1 in the above-entitled proceedings in
which it dismissed the petition in Case No. R-3340, and, thereafter,
Wholesale & Warehouse Workers Union, Local 65, C. I. 0., having
requested permission to withdraw its petition in Case No. R-3341,
and having requested the Board to set aside its Decision and Direc-
tion of Election, and the Board having duly considered the matter,
and being advised in the premises,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the request of the petitioner for permis-
sion to withdraw its petition in Case No. R-3341 be, and'it hereby is,
granted, and that the aforesaid case be, and it hereby is, closed; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Direction of Election in the above-
entitled proceedings be, and it hereby is, vacated and set aside.
