CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES

On June 25, 1942,, the National Labor Relations, Board issued • a
Decision and Direction of Election in the, above-entitled. proceedings.'
Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was
conducted on July 17, 1942, under the direction. and supervision of
the Regional Director for the Nineteenth Region (Seattle, Washing-
ton). On July -20, 1942, 'the Regional Director, acting pursuant to
Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and
Regulation's-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the
parties' an Election Report on the ballot. No objections to the
conduct of the ballot or the Election Report were filed by any of
the parties.
As to the balloting and its results, the Regional Director reported
as follows:,

IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that Lumber & Sawmill Workers Union,
Local No. 2574, affiliated with the American Federation of, Labor,
has been designated and selected by a majority of the employees of,
Guistina Brothers Lumber Company, a trade name, and George
Guistina, Erminio R. Guistina, John Guistina,'Ansel Guistina, Nat
Guistina, Madeline Guistina, and Dorothy Guistina, Partners, en-
gaged in'the Company's logging operations, excluding" supervisory
and clerical employees, the'hook tender, and the bull buck, as their
representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that,
pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, Lumber & Sawmill Worker's
Union, Local No. 2574, affiliated with the American Federation of
Labor, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the
purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages,
hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
