R. 127(a) Interference 106,103 -2- We granted McAllister Motion 1 seeking to cancel its involved claims 17. We also granted Velasco Diez Motion 4 seeking a judgment of no interference-in- fact. (Decision on Motions, Paper 100). As explained in the Decision, we enter judgment against McAllister claim 17 and, because there remain no interfering claims between the parties upon the cancellation of claim 17, we terminate the interference with a judgment of no interference-in-fact. (Decision on Motions, Paper 100 13, 14). Accordingly, it is ORDERED that judgment is entered against claim 17 of the senior party Sean D. McAllister, and Pierre-Yves Desprez application 14/587,831; 37 CFR 41.127(a)(2); FURTHER ORDERED that, in view of the determination of no interference-in-fact as to any remaining claims of the parties, the interference is TERMINATED; FURTHER ORDERED that the parties are directed to 35 USC 135(c)1 and to Bd.
