ORDER1
Having carefully considered the Respondent’s request for special
permission to appeal from the Regional Director’s Order denying its request to
postpone the hearing, we grant that the Respondent’s request to reschedule the
hearing, provided, however, that no further requests for postponement shall be
granted absent extraordinary circumstances. This proceeding is remanded to the
Regional Director for further appropriate action.
