Opinion by Bucher, Administrative Trademark Judge: Gary R. Johnson sought registration of the mark GT for goods identified as printed and electronic text.1 After several attempts by applicant to modify the identification of goods, the Trademark Examining Attorney issued a final Office action, finding unacceptable each successive identification of goods as proposed by applicant. The brief applicant submitted on this appeal is identical to the one filed in the companion application for THIS DISPOSITION IS NOT CITABLE AS PRECEDENT OF THE TTAB Serial No. 75/672,563 - 2 - the designation, GLIDETEXT.2 Inasmuch as the issues in this case are indeed identical to those in the companion application, we affirm the Trademark Examining Attorney in summary fashion herein, based upon the entire rationale of our February decision. Decision: The refusal to register based upon applicant’s failure to adopt an acceptable identification of goods is hereby affirmed. 1 Application Serial No. 75/672,563 was filed on March 31, 1999, based upon applicant’s claim of a bona fide intention to use the mark in commerce. 2 Application Serial No. 75/464,801 was filed on April 9, 1998.
