Cases 31-CA-191361 31-CA-192297 31-CA-192299 and 31-CA-195175 31-CA-197884 31-CA-201430 31-CA-201995 TEAMSTERS LOCAL NO. 63 ORDER On April 11, 2018, Administrative Law Judge Andrew S. Gollin of the National Labor Relations Board issued his Decision in the above-entitled proceeding and, on the same date, the proceeding was transferred to and continued before the Board in Washington, D.C. The Administrative Law Judge found that the Respondent engaged in certain unfair labor practices, and recommended that it take specific action to remedy such unfair labor practices. On November 20, 2018, the Board issued an Order granting the parties’ Joint Motion to Sever and Partially Remand Cases to the Regional Director Based on an Informal Settlement Agreement. Accordingly, Case 31-CA-191361 was severed from Cases 31-CA-192297, 31-CA-192299, 31-CA-195175, 31-CA- 197884, 31-CA-201430, and 31-CA-201995. Cases 31-CA-192297, 31-CA- 192299, 31-CA-195175, 31-CA-197884, 31-CA-201430, and 31-CA-201995 were remanded to the Regional Director for Region 31 for further appropriate action. 3 The Administrative Law Judge dismissed the allegations in the remaining Case 31-CA-191361.1 Accordingly, Pursuant to Section 10(c) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, and Section 102.48 of the National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations, the Board adopts the findings and conclusions of the Administrative Law Judge as contained in his Decision with respect to Case 31-CA-191361, and that complaint is dismissed.
