ORDER
The Joint Motion to Remand the consolidated cases to the Regional
Director for Region 19 is denied. In light of the parties’ refusal to disclose the
terms of their non-Board settlement, the Board is unable to determine whether
the settlement effectuates the purposes of the Act. See Independent Stave Co.,
287 NLRB 740, 743 (1987). Accordingly, this matter remains pending before the
Board.
