DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS OF ELECTION
The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections to an election held March
28, 2013, and the hearing officer's report recommending disposition of them. The election was
conducted pursuant to a Revised Stipulated Election Agreement. The revised tally of ballots
shows 4 ballots cast for and 4 ballots cast against the Petitioner, with 0 challenged ballots, an
insufficient number to affect the results.
No exceptions have been filed to the hearing officer's report within the time provided.
Accordingly, the Board adopts the hearing officer's findings and recommendations, and finds
that a certification of results of election should be issued.1

1 The Hearing Officer recommended that the Regional Director issue a Certification of Results.
The Board, however, is authorized to issue such certification.
CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS OF ELECTION
IT IS CERTIFIED that a majority of the valid ballots have not been cast for Teamsters,
Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers, Local 631, affiliated with the International
Brotherhood of Teamsters, and that it is not the exclusive collective-bargaining representative of
these bargaining unit employees.
