We have carefully reviewed the original opinion in light of Appellants’ request. Appellants contend that we misapprehended the law and evidence regarding the reasonable expectation of success (Req. Reh’g 5- 7). The issue of reasonable expectation of success was fully addressed in our Decision (Dec. 7-10). We find no point of law or fact which we overlooked or misapprehended in arriving at our decision. We note that our dissenting colleague remains persuaded that the rejection should be reversed.
