Rosemont, IL UNITED STATES OF AMERICA BEFORE THE NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD PD ASSOCIATES ROSEMONT, LLC, d/b/a EMBASSY SUITES ROSEMONT and PD ASSOCIATES ROSEMONT 2, LLC, d/b/a DOUBLETREE HOTEL ROSEMONT Employer and RAMI DUQA Petitioner and TEAMSTERS LOCAL 727 Union Case 13-RD-072279 DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections and challenged ballots in an election held February 21, 2012, and the hearing officer's report recommending disposition of them. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The revised tally of ballots shows 9 ballots cast for and 7 ballots cast against the Union. There was 1 sustained challenged ballot. No exceptions have been filed to the hearing officer's report within the time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the hearing officer's findings and recommendations, and finds that a certification of representative should be issued. 2 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE IT IS CERTIFIED that a majority of the valid ballots have been cast for Teamsters Local 727, and that it is the exclusive collective-bargaining representative of the employees in the following appropriate unit: All full-time and regular part-time drivers, combination courtesy car drivers, door attendants, bell persons, valet car hikers, parking cashiers, bell captains and transportation supervisors; but excluding all office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.
