ORDER
The Employer’s special appeal with regard to the showing of interest is denied as it raises
no substantial issues warranting review.1 The showing of interest is purely an administrative
matter. O.D. Jennings & Co., 68 NLRB 516, 518 (1946). Subject to exceptions not present
here, a claim that the showing of interest is defective is not litigable. Id. Accord Wright
Memorial Hosp. v. NLRB, 771 F.2d 400, 406-407 (8th Cir. 1985), enfg. 271 NLRB No. 21
(1984).
