R-3505 to R-3508, inclusive, respectively SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION ORDER AND CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES April 28, 1942 On March 16, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board, herein galled the Board, issued-a Decision and Direction of Elections in the above-entitled proceedings.' Pursuant to the Direction 'of Elections, elections by secret ballot were conducted on April 10, 11, and 12, 1942, under the direction and supervision of the Acting Regional Director for the Sixth Region (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania). On April 14, 1942, the Acting Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations- Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. The petition of International Union of Operating Engineers, Local Union No. 66, for investigation and certification of representatives of employees of Dravo Corporation, Keystone Sand Division, will therefore be dismissed. ORDER By virtue of Section 9 (c) of the National Labor Relations Act, 49 Stat. 449, and pursuant to Article III, Sections 8 and 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, IT Is HEREBY ORDERED that the petition for investigation and certifica- tion of representatives of employees of Dravo Corporation, Keystone Sand Division, Neville Island, Pennsylvania, filed by International Union of Operating Engineers, Local Union No. 66, be, and it hereby is, dismissed. CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES By virtue of and pursuant to the power vested in the National Labor Relations Board by Section 9 (c) of the National Labor Relations Act, 49 Stat. 449, and pursuant to Article III, Sections 8 and 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, IT Is HEREBY CERTIFIED that National Organization of Masters, Mates & Pilots, Harbor 25, affiliated with A. F. L., has been designated and selected by a majority of the masters, mates, and pilots employed on the tow boats of Dravo Corporation, Keystone Sand Division, Neville Island, Pennsylvania, as their representative for the purposes of col- lective bargaining, and that pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, Na- tional Organization of Masters, Mates & Pilots, Harbor 25, affiliated with A. F. L., is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment. IT IS FURTHER CERTIFIED that National Marine Engineers Beneficial Association, affiliated with C. I. 0., has been designated and selected by a majority of the engineers and assistant engineers employed on the tow boats of Dravo Corporation, Keystone Sand Division, Neville Is- land, Pennsylvania, as their representative for the purposes of collec- tive bargaining, and that pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, National Marine Engineers Beneficial Association, affiliated with C. I. 0., is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of col- lective bargainingin respect to rates of-pay, wages, hours of employ- ment, and other conditions of employment.. 958 DECISIONS OF NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD IT IS FURTHER CERTIFIED that National Maritime Union, affiliated with C. I. 0., has been designated and selected by a majority of the -employees of the tow boats of Dravo Corporation, Keystone Sand Division, Neville, Island, Pennsylvania,-including watchmen, strikers, deckhands, cooks, and maids, but excluding masters, mates, pilots,, engineers, and assistant engineers, as their representative for the pur- poses of collective bargaining, and that pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, National Maritime Union, affiliated with C. I. O„ is the ex- clusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collec- tive bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
