Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on July 17, 1941, under the supervision of the Regional Director for the Tenth Region (Atlanta, Georgia). On July 21, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Sec- tion 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations- Series 2, as amended, issued an Election Report, copies of which were duly served upon the parties. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report were filed by any of the parties. B., No. 44. 286 DRAPER CORPORATTOTNT 287 the American Federation of Labor, has been selected by a majority of the production and maintenance employees of Draper Corporation, East Spartanburg, South Carolina, excluding clerical and office workers, supervisors, chemists, and watchmen, as their representa- tive for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Local Union No. 352 of the International Molders & Foundry Work- ers Union of North America, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
