1 In denying review, we note that the Regional Director found that there was no evidence introduced
regarding benefits available to Entertainment Art Crew employees. The Petitioner did introduce a document
purporting to summarize those benefits. This inadvertent error does not affect the Regional Director’s ultimate
conclusion that there is not a sufficient community of interest between the Entertainment Art Crew employees and
existing unit of Technical Services employees to warrant a self-determination election.
