Employer and PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYEES LOCAL UNION 572, A/W LABORERS' INTERNATIONAL UNION OF NORTH AMERICA Petitioner Case 05-RC-149149 DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS OF ELECTION The National Labor Relations Board has considered an objection to a secret-ballot election held May 11, 2015, and the Regional Director's report recommending disposition of it. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows 2 ballots cast for and 4 ballots cast against the Petitioner, with 0 challenged ballots, an insufficient number to affect the results. No exceptions have been filed to the Regional Director's report within the time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Regional Director's findings and recommendations, and finds that a certification of results of election should be issued. CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS OF ELECTION IT IS CERTIFIED that a majority of the valid ballots have not been cast for Public Service Employees Local Union 572, A/W Laborers' International Union of North America, and that it is not the exclusive collective-bargaining representative of these bargaining unit employees.
