lector for the Eighteenth Region (Minneapolis, Minnesota] On July
13, 1942, the Regional Director, acting puisuant to Article III, Section
9. of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations -Series

been designated and selected by a majority of all production and main-
tenance employees of Darn Manufacturing Company, Ottumwa, Iowa,

at its Ottumwa, Iowa, plant, excluding office, clerical, and supervisory
employees, foremen, assistant foremen, watchmen, tool and die makers,
machinists, specialists, helpers, apprentices, and tool-crib attendants,
as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining and
that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of_the Act, International Union, United
Automobile, Ancraft & Agricultural Implement Workers of America,
CIO, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the pur-
poses of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours
of employment, and other conditions of employment.
