Aug. 17, 2011) Copy Citation St. Louis Park, MN UNITED STATES OF AMERICA BEFORE THE NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD CRONSTROMS HEATING AND SHEET METAL Employer and SHEET METAL WORKERS INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION, LOCAL 10 Petitioner Case 18-RC-17757 DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS OF ELECTION The National Labor Relations Board has considered challenged ballots in an election held May 11, 2011, and the Regional Director's report recommending disposition of them. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows 1 ballot cast for and 1 ballot cast against the Petitioner, with 2 challenged ballots, a sufficient number to affect the results. No exceptions have been filed to the Regional Director's report within the time provided.1 Accordingly, the Board adopts the Regional Director's findings and recommendations, and finds that a certification of results of election should be issued. 1 The Regional Director recommended sustaining the challenges to the ballots of Nicholas Hron and Brent Mendel. 2 CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS OF ELECTION IT IS CERTIFIED that a majority of the valid ballots have not been cast for Sheet Metal Workers International Association, Local 10, and that it is not the exclusive collective-bargaining representative of these bargaining unit employees. Dated, Washington, D.C., August 17, 2011. By direction of the Board: Henry S. Breiteneicher _____________________________ Associate Executive Secretary Copy with citationCopy as parenthetical citation
