Case No. R-3553 SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION AND ORDER April 10, 19.142 On March 10, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceeding.,, Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on March 25, 19421 by the Regional Director for the Twenty- first Region (Los Angeles, California). On March 26, 1942, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of Na- tional Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued an Election Report, copies of which were duly served upon the parties. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. F. of L------------ 46 The results of the election show that no collective bargaining repre- sentative has been selected by a majority of the employees of Conveyor Company, Incorporated, in the unit heretofore found to be appropriate for collective bargaining.
