Pursuant to the Direction of, Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on March 2 and 3, 1942, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Sixteenth Region (Fort Worth, Texas). On March 4, 1942, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2; as amended, issued' and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. B., No. 180. r 922 COLUMBIAN CARBON COMPANY 923 Organizations, has been designated and selected by a majority of all production, maintenance, and construction employees of Columbian Carbon Company, Borger, Texas, employed at Kingsmill 60 plant, Sunray plant 59, Lela plant 55, Lefors plant 65, Lefors plant 77, Cophil plant 95, Wescar plant 52, and Borger plant, 51, excluding supervisory, clerical, and technical employees, as their representa- tive for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Oil Workers International Union, Locals Nos. 463 and 235, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, is the ex- clusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of -collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
